The world leading manufacturer and supplier of components for CNC systems, tooling and machine technology was founded in 1946. From its beginnings as a manufacturer of parts for agricultural machinery, the product range expanded in the 1950s with bushings and clamping tools, in the 1960s with pneumatic cylinders and in the 1980s with components for CNC systems, angle heads and large boring heads. In 2000, the company BENZ Inc. was founded in the USA. Since 2002, the manufacturer has offered products for 5-axis machining systems. The company has approximately 290 employees and is represented worldwide by subsidiaries and sales partners in more than 30 countries. The product range includes the development and production of tooling solutions for lathes and machining centres for metal, woodworking and composite materials.

Technology tools for wood, metal and composite machining systems
The manufacturer offers a range of interchangeable tooling units for machining centres in two lines. The classic range with grease lubrication offers an optimum price/performance ratio. Motor spindles
BENZ motor spindles are compact power units with precision bearings for high speeds. BENZ motor spindles are available with different tool exchange systems. The spindles are equipped with high-torque motors, air or water cooling, a vibration sensor and a standard integrated sensor package for real-time monitoring, integrated tool clamping monitoring.
Components for multi-axis machining systems
For 5-axis systems in wood, composite and light metal machining the manufacturer offers 5-axis heads in various sizes, power classes from 9 to 20 kW, with cardan spindle suspension for compactness. Compact CNC drives for system components with integrated worm gears are equipped with a hollow shaft for additional use of a rotary distributor that supplies the system components with various media (compressed air, electrical power, hydraulic oil, water, lubricant, etc.).
